Buyer Terms

You are confirming a sale you already agreed to. Pinky processes your payment and holds it until the handoff is confirmed.

You confirm the item and the price shown were agreed with the seller outside of Pinky. Pinky does not appraise, price, negotiate, or match parties.
You pay the agreed price plus a 3% Pinky fee and any permitted grossed-up payment-processing cost.
Payment is made through a Stripe-hosted checkout. Pinky never stores your card details.
After payment, you are responsible for completing the handoff as agreed and confirming it in Pinky promptly.
If you cause the transaction to fail after acceptance, the seller is not penalized and your payment is refunded less any non-recoverable processing cost where permitted.
Pinky is not the seller of the item and makes no representation about its condition, authenticity, or value.
