Prohibited Use Policy

Product scope

Pinky is exclusively for bona fide secondary-market sales of lawfully owned, tangible personal property. Pinky does not support:

• • Services
• • Rentals
• • Donations
• • Loans or debt payments
• • Cash transfers
• • Gift cards or cash equivalents
• • Digital account transfers
• • Transactions without a genuine physical item

Prohibited categories

• • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, cannabis products, drug analogues, drug-manufacturing materials, and drug paraphernalia.
• • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapons, weapon components, and items intended to cause unlawful injury.
• • Toxic, radioactive, combustible, biohazardous, or otherwise dangerous materials.
• • Stolen goods or property the seller does not have the legal authority to sell.
• • Counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, pirated materials, and property that violates intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• • Prescription drugs, regulated medical products, human remains, body parts, and biological materials.
• • Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, controlled chemicals, and other regulated or age-restricted goods.
• • Sexually explicit materials, sexual services, and adult products prohibited by Pinky or Stripe.
• • Live animals, protected wildlife, ivory, endangered-species products, and unlawfully sourced animal products.
• • Government identification, financial credentials, personal data, account access, authentication credentials, or stolen information.
• • Gift cards, stored value, cryptocurrency, securities, cash equivalents, loans, investments, donations, debt payments, and money transfers.
• • Recalled, unsafe, illegally imported, illegally exported, or unlawfully shipped goods.
• • Transactions involving sanctioned persons, prohibited jurisdictions, export restrictions, or sanctions evasion.
• • Anything prohibited or restricted by Stripe, its financial partners, card-network rules, or applicable law.

The item and transaction must be lawful in every applicable jurisdiction, including where the buyer and seller are located and where the item is advertised, stored, shipped, delivered, transferred, and possessed.

This list is representative and not exhaustive. Pinky may prohibit any transaction that presents unacceptable legal, financial, safety, fraud, reputational, or payment-network risk.

Services are not supported

Pinky does not support payment for labor, consulting, contracting, transportation, rentals, adult services, gambling, legal or financial services, digital access, account transfers, custom work, future performance, or any other service. Users may not disguise a service payment as the sale of an item.

No misrepresentation or circumvention

Users may not use vague, coded, false, incomplete, or misleading descriptions; substitute a different item after checkout; divide a prohibited transaction into multiple payments; process payment for an undisclosed third party; or use Pinky as a money-transfer service. Every payment must correspond to the genuine item described in the transaction.

Enforcement

Pinky may review transaction information, request documentation, restrict checkout, delay payout, cancel or refund transactions, reverse transfers where permitted, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with Stripe, financial institutions, regulators, or law enforcement. Pinky is not required to complete a transaction merely because checkout was initiated or payment was authorized.
